Kathy has a wealth of knowledge and experience and been teaching yoga for over 20 years, having owned a very successful yoga, fitness and teacher training studio in Florida before moving here to the UK.
Kathy has an incredible energy and passion and sense of fun which inspires so many embarking on the path to become a yoga teacher.
